The National Institute of Nutrition is an Indian public health, nutrition and translational research centre located in Hyderabad, India. The institute is one of the oldest research centres in India, and the largest centre, under the Indian Council of Medical Research, located in the vicinity of Osmania University.
Post : Junior Research Fellow
Essential qualification : 1st Class M.Sc. in Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Molecular Biology (from a recognized University) qualified with ICMR / CSIR / UGC / DST / DBT-NET IRF EXAM WITH IRF FELLOWSHIP ONLY. CANDIDATES QUALIFIED FOR NET FOR PROTECT JRF OR LECTURESHIP ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO APPLY.
Desirable Qualification : Experience in mammalian cell culture and animal experimentation.
Areas of research : Nutrition and Cancer
Age : Below 28 years (Cut-off-date for age limit for JRF will be as on last date of Interview).
Stipend : As per rules of ICMR / CSIR / DBT / DST / UGC.
The candidates should bring all original certificates of educational qualification, ICMR/CSIR/DST/DBT/ -NET JRF-fellowship qualified letter and Community Certificate along with a set of photocopies of the same duly self attested and latest passport size photo and complete bio-data while attending the personal discussion/interview.
