Experience : 1-6 years of relevant experience, in Synthetic R&D .
Knowledge of name reactions, range of laboratory unit operations & purification techniques
Knowledge of safety practices in laboratory operations
Exposure to Chem Draw and other Database
Good communication & Interpersonal skills
