The Centre for Integrative Medicine and Research is a pioneering initiative by AIIMS, New Delhi in the quest for convergence of contemporary medicine with India’s ancient and traditional medical practices. The centre at the premier institute of the country shall be dedicated to research, documentation and delivery of holistic healthcare. It has been envisioned as a “state of the art” research centre where top experts from various disciplines of contemporary medicine will collaborate with Yoga and Ayurveda specialists, both for disease treatment, and for preventive healthcare. The Centre for Integrative Medicine and Research was inaugurated on 22nd of June 2016 by Shri J.P Nadda, honourable Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare and president AIIMS, in the presence of Prof M.C. Mishra, director, AIIMS, New Delhi and Dr H.R. Nagendra, chancellor, Swami Vivekananda Yoga AnusandhanaSamsthana, Banglore.

Project Titled : “Effect of yoga-based intervention on VPC burden, quality of life and IV function in patients with ventricular premature complexes (VPC) A randomized controlled trial ’’

Eligibility Criteria :
Qualification as per DST OM No. SR/S9/Z-08/2018) dated 30-1-2019.
1. Post Graduate Degree in basic science or Graduate / Post Graduate degree in professional course selected through a process described through any one of the following:
(a) Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests- CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE
(b) The selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, USER etc.
2. Two years of research experience
Desirable :-
1. Expertise in Research methodology/Biostatistics/Clinical Trials
2. Research Publication
Upper age limit : 35 year's
Note:- age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Physically handicapped as per the rules
Salary : As per ICMR norms
