Production
Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager : B.Tech Biotechnology / B.E Biotechnology/ M.Sc. Biotechnology / M.Sc. Microbiology with 3-7 years of hands on experience on CIP / SIP of the equipment, fermenters, process vessels, centrifuge, TFF system, LAF, shaker incubators, chromatography system, cold rooms and freezers along with commissioning and qualification experience for below mentioned openings:
Production - Upstream Processing - Code: Prod 1
Should be responsible for handling bacterial fermentation process, continuous centrifuge, 1 kl - 5kl fermenters and shaker incubator.
Production - Downstream Processing - Code: Prod 2
Should be responsible for downstream purification process for recombinant products, handling of equipment such as TFF system, chromatography system and depth filtration procedures.
Quality Assurance
M.Sc. (Biotechnology) / B. Pharm / M.Pharm with 5-7 years of hands on experience for the below mentioned openings:
QMS - Code: QA1
Should be responsible for QMS related activities like failure investigation, quality events handling and investigations, change control, APQR, OOS / OOT trending etc.
Analytical QA - Code : QA 2
Should be responsible for the review of analytical reports, stability protocols and data sheets, investigation, review and disposition of OOS, OOT, 006 & OOE results, handling of incidents, deviations and change controls in the laboratory along with review of all types of qualification documents. The job also includes review and approval of all lab standard operating procedures.
For all the above positions, candidates having exposure to regulatory requirement of documentation and cGMP is essential.
