Job Description:
• 10 -12 Years of experience in Pharma & Healthcare in the fields of Logistics, including control of Inventories, Purchase Management & Distribution Management.
• Mandatory Experience in Pharmacy Retail chain in the fields of Purchase Management.
• Identifying and developing a dedicated vendor source to ensure competitive price and best quality.
• Ensure pos to reach the vendors in time, and schedule the deliveries.
• Monitoring day-to-day function of purchasing, review of pending orders with outlets
• Ensure Optimum utilization of materials and maximum cost savings
• Preparing ABC analysis reports to maintain the minimum inventory levels.
• Monitoring Non-Moving and near expiry goods, trying to liquidate or return to vendors

• Generating the MIS for management.
• Evaluating the vendor performance on quality, service, and price parameters
• Developing a new source of supply and Vendors
• Analyzing bids and prices Negotiating with vendors and prepare the comparative statements...
• Scheduling the Purchase & deliveries Determining buying time
• To verify the Purchase Requisitions
• Indents Verification - Random Verification of Physical Stock with computer stock.
• Outlet Reorder level should be maintained
• To check the expiry goods/damaged goods every month
• Handle all type of Logistical for Dispatch and Delivery to complete Outlet

Salary Range: 25-30 K Month + Company Sale and Purchase Incentives
