Job Description
• To formulate personal care products like Shampoos, Conditioners, Hair gels, Hair creams etc. for Domestic & International markets.
• Cost optimization of developed formulations on regular basis and development of alternate vendor raw materials to sustain business.
• To work along with regulatory team to develop products or to support product extension for specific countries.
• Technology transfer visits to production plant for pilot trials and commercial production.
• To work along with packaging team to support new packaging development.
• To work on innovative concepts considering the futuristic trend in personal care industry
Candidate Profile
Experience of (3-4) years & (5-7) years in personal care industry preferred.
