Job Description
1. Stick to the shift schedule and production schedule.
2. Adhere to safety procedures and practices.
3. Immediately inform the supervisor for any un-safe conditions, accident or near miss incidents.
4. Compliance to all approved procedure, documents and GMP activities during production.
5. Performing all the assigned production activities in conformation to Batch record, recording the details in record sheets.
6. Handling of process equipments such as fermenter, dynomill, column chromatography, Centrifuge, TFF system and autoclave etc.,
7. In case any abnormalities, deviation observed should be recorded and inform to production in charge and follows according to the site quality systems.
8. Updation of all the process related documents as per the standard operational procedure and adhere to GDP.
9. Media preparation, Fermentation, Harvesting, Clarification, centrifugation, purification, column filtration, media preparation and other activities in designated clean room areas
10. Assist in day to day environmental monitoring programme.
11. Coordinating with fellow co-workers to avoid work delay.
12. Making sure that production facilities are clean
Candidate Profile
MSC/BSC Fresher (2016/17/18) – Biology /Microbiology/Biotechnology/Chemistry.
