Job Description
• Consult with internal customers on standard and ad hoc reporting and analysis requirements
• Validate complex business requirements with proof of concept prototypes with support of more senior staff
• Extract data from databases and data warehouses for reporting and analysis
• Design and develop reporting and dashboard solutions that consolidate and analyze diverse data sets and include data visualizations where appropriate
• Coordinate dashboard release process, including cooperation with IT to release new or updated dashboards into production
• Responsible for the successful and timely preparation of agreed deliverables
• Standardize data collection by developing methods for database design and validation
• Produce analytics and metrics that drive process improvement and predictive forecasts
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences
• Communicate data analysis findings and insight to stakeholders and provide business strategy recommendations for optimizing business performance
• Provide analysis consultation to various stakeholders based on business data and market knowledge
• Understand and monitor organizational structures and adjust data sets, reports and dashboards as appropriate

Candidate Profile
• Educated to degree level (technology, business administration & economics, biological science, pharmacy or other health related discipline preferred) or equivalent qualification
• 2-5 years in reporting and analytics
• Advanced experience in Excel / SQL / VBA / Data Visualization Tools like Spotfire, Tableau, etc.
• Advanced experience in the use of query and reporting analysis tools
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills in English
• Client focused approach to work
• Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with and prioritize workload with attention to detail
• Flexible attitude and ability to adjust to changing priorities, time zones, work assignments, unforeseen events and new learning
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Exhibits a sense of urgency about solving problems and completing work
• Culturally aware with ability to work with virtual/global teams and travel as needed
• Business Intelligence and/or statistical data analysis experience preferred
• Must be flexible and able to work in uncertain environments and can assess and escalate unclear work situations
• Self-motivation, Professional demeanor and team orientation are required
• Must be available working in 2-shift arrangement (morning and afternoon shift)
