Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU) was established at Ludhiana by an act of the Punjab Legislature No. 16 of 2005 notified in the Punjab Government Gazette on August 9, 2005 and it started functioning w.e.f. April 21, 2006 for promoting livestock production, health and prevention of the disease(s) through integrated teaching, research and extension programme(s).

To further strengthen this noble initiative, Kamdhenu Gaushala is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates.
Education qualification/Experience
2 Year Diploma in Veterinary Pharmacy and Animal Husbandry from a University recognized by Veterinary Council of India (VCI).
Job Responsibilities
To assist eterinarian in management of Kamdhenu Gaushala herd such as
i Treatment of sick animals as per the prescription
ii. To assist in the Reproductive management of herd.
iii. To assist in management of Semen Station and maintenance of records.
vi. Any other assignment assigned from time to time.
Experience
* Candidate having experience will be given preference.
