The ICGEB is an international, nonprofit research organization. Established as a special project of UNIDO, it became fully autonomous in 1994 and now counts over 60 Member States. The International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology provides a scientific and educational environment of the highest standard and conducts innovative research in life sciences for the benefit of developing countries. Research scientist position is available in the ICGEB-Emory Vaccine Centre Lab, Molecular Medicine Group for a DBT sponsored project titled ‘Human B cell responses and receptor repertoire in dengue patients’
The project is funded for 2 years. Initially, this position is available for the six months and based on the performance of the candidate can be further extended.
Educational Qualifications: PhD with at least three to six years of postdoc experience in the field of cellular and molecular immunology.
Desirable qualification: Candidates with hands-on-experience in flow cytometry, highthroughput cloning from single cells and antibody characterization will be preferred.
