West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti intends to engage on contract basis for the position of Pharmacist under Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK) of RCH, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal.

No of Posts : 512 (SC-114, ST-30, OBC-A-49, OBC-B- 34, GENERAL-272 AND Reserved for Persons with Disabilities-13) The vacancy may vary at the time of engagement.

Place of Posting : In any District/ Health District of West Bengal

Essential Qualification : The candidate should have Two years Diploma in Pharmacy (D-Pharma) (ALLOPATHIC) from any institute approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)/AICTE. The candidate should be permanent resident of West Bengal and should be able to read, write and speak in Bengali. Persons holding Bachelor in Pharmacy (B-Pharma) and Masters in Pharmacy (M-Pharma) from any institute approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) / AICTE will be given additional marks. Registration Certificate must be issued by West Bengal Pharmacy Council before the last date of on-line application.

Consolidated remuneration: Rs. 16,860 p.m

Process of recruitment : Screening of applications as per on-line application, preparing the merit list of eligible candidates based on scoring of academic qualification starting from Secondary onwards as stated below in the Scale of Scoring. Shortlisted candidates from the merit list prepared will be called for original testimonial verification. After successful verification of original testimonials and Bengali Test, category wise final selection list according to merit will be prepared for engagement in any District of West Bengal.

Age limit as on 1.4.2018 : Minimum age 18 years but not exceeding 40 yrs (relaxation in age will be given for reserved candidates as per extant rule & order in this regard).

Scale of Scoring
For class 10 or equivalent : Maximum 20 Marks (Proportionate Marking i.e % obtained in the exam *20/100)
For class 12 or equivalent : Maximum 20 Marks (Proportionate Marking i.e % obtained in the exam *20/100)
For Diploma in Pharmacy : Maximum 30 Marks (Proportionate Marking (Allopathic) i.e % obtained in the exam *30/100)
Possessing Bachelor in Pharmacy (B-Pharma-Allopathic) : Maximum 20 Marks (Proportionate Marking i.e % obtained in the exam *20/100)
Possessing Masters in Pharmacy (M-Pharma-Allopathic) : Maximum 10 Marks (Proportionate Marking i.e % obtained in the exam *10/100)

General Information for the Applicants/Candidates
1. Only online Applications will be accepted. Application forms not properly filled in or incomplete
Application forms are liable to be cancelled. If the online application details submitted by the applicant differ with the original testimonials, that application shall liable to be cancelled.
2. If proper signature and photograph is not uploaded at the time of online application that application shall also liable to be cancelled.
3. The Essential Qualifications mentioned are the minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitles the candidate to claim selection. All the essential qualification must be completed within the last date of online application.
4. Hard copy/print copy of the online registration form (printed within the last date of on-line application), should be retained by all applicants for document verification purpose. Without registration form, no candidates will be entertained for original testimonials verification by the authority. No need to send Hard copy/print copy of the online registration form by post.

5. For D-Pharma and B-Pharma marks obtained in the exam means total marks obtained in all the years. In case of Supplementary marks should be calculated accordingly.
6. Claim and/or change of place of posting from the side of the applicant shall not be entertained before /after issuance of appointment letter.
7. No rounding off of marks will be granted. Proportionate marking upto 2 decimal points will be considered
8. i) Last date of Registration : Midnight of 17th April, 2018
ii) Last date of Submission of application Fees : 19th April,2018 (upto banking hours
in case of offline payment mode)
iii) Last date of full Submission of form : Midnight of 21st April, 2018
9. The online deposition of application fees can be done through net banking or credit/debit card system through an online interface. If the payment is successful, the candidate will be immediately reverted back to the link for final submission of the application form by using the application id already received at the time of Registration.
If the candidate wants to submit the requisite fee through offline mode he/she can do so with system generated e-challan. The fee can be deposited in any branch of United Bank of India (UBI) with the print out of the system generated e-challan after duly filling up the three parts of the challan. Out of the three parts of the challan, bank will keep one part and hand over the other two parts to the candidate. Candidates must preserve both copies with him/her for future reference.
The candidates can complete the procedure of final submission of application form within 2 subsequent working days from the date of deposition of the offline fees by using the application id already received at the time of Registration along with the transaction id obtained from the bank.
Please do not deposit fee in more than one mode or more than once in one mode.
10. Caste Certificate issued before the last date of online application, by the competent authorities of West Bengal only will be accepted. In case of OBC candidates, category “A” or “B” must be mentioned specifically in the caste certificate, otherwise the caste certificate will not be accepted.
11. In case of candidates with Disabilities, Disability Certificate issued before the last date of online application, by the competent authorities of West Bengal only, will be accepted.
12. Merit cum choice posting counseling session will be held after final selection for place of posting
13. The decision of the competent authorities regarding the recruitment is final.

Eligible candidates should apply online in the prescribed format as given in Department’s Website from 11 am of 10th April, 2018 to Midnight of 21st April, 2018, for the mentioned position. Only online applications will be accepted. Application forms not properly filled in or incomplete Application forms are liable to be cancelled. Application fees of Rs 100/ for General category and Rs 50/ for Reserved categories (OBC-A, OBC-B, SC, ST and PWD) have to be deposited through on-line/off-line mode. The amount is non-refundable (Details of on-line/off-line mode is given in General Information point no. 9 &10)
