Post : Research Associate (RA-1) in the Department of School of Biomedical Engineering
Duration of the project
Three years. Initial appointment will be made for one year and based on the performance and the funding situation this appointment can be extended maximum upto three years.
Salary: RA-1:
Minimum Rs. 36,000/= p.m. Those who has submitted Ph.D. thesis but not awarded they also can apply, however will get fellowship, a consolidated salary as per DST norm until Ph.D. awarded.
Requirement of the experience
Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry (Biopolymers)/ Pharmacy / Biotechnology / Biomedical Engineering / Animal Cell Biology / Materials Sciences, having substantial research experiences in synthesis of organic synthesis/polymers, Nanobiotechnology (synthesis and characterization) and nanomedicine for therapeutics, Molecular Biology, Cancer Biology, Animal cell culture, immunology, drug delivery, toxicity study etc. Experience with animal cancer model work, evidences for good publications in the same fields and Industrial experiences will be the additional requirements for the post.
