Job Description
Position Purpose & Summary
• Document issuance and retrieval 25 %
• Responsible for online verification of batch card filling, personnel following the standard operating procedures on shop-floor 25%
• Review of batch production record, Quality control records, log books, calibration records, traceability review 30%
• Performing QMS activities such as deviation, change control, incidents etc 20%.
Candidate Profile :
• Master’s in Chemistry (M.Sc Chemistry)
• Master’s or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy (M.Pharm/B.Pharm)
• 2-4 years experience in API.
• Adequate knowledge and understanding on the Quality Assurance activities.
• Adequate knowledge on QMS documentation, such as Deviation, Change control
• Performing IPQA activities in shift operations
• Practise Data Integrity and Online Documentation in all plant activities
