Job Description
Non- Routine:
• To implement & maintain current GLP practice in the Quality control laboratory.
• To ensure qualification of lab analyst. Train & qualify analysts in testing as per the requirement.
• To ensure & arrange all the calibration, preventive maintains & qualification of instrument use in lab.
• Review audit trail of instruments software & electronic data management.
• Timely update the lab metrics & review on monthly basis and take corrective action.
• Review and gap assessment of JNJ standards & Franchise procedure.
• To ensure lab investigation report & out of specification closed as per respective procedure.
• Review and approved SOP, Specification and test data sheet and ensure that standard operating procedure is followed in the lab.
• To ensure inventory of Lab Chemical, glassware & critical spare parts of instrument if required raise purchased request for laboratory requirement and follow up.
• Lead & own laboratory projects/CIP in ORACLE Instantis Enterprise Track & e- work flow.
• Involve in investigation process as per the requirement NC and CAPA.
Finished Goods:
• To review and approve finish goods reports & certificate of analysis.
• To review dosimeter certificate of SARC.
• Coordinate with QE team for validation, DOE study.
• Ensure online testing entry in test data sheet & logbook during testing & Engaged team in laboratory activity and ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Sample management Send the sample to outside lab for testing and review outside testing certificate.
• Plan the stability testing in coordination with stability coordinator and provide the report to stability section.
Candidate Profile
Graduate/Post graduate in Chemistry/Microbiology/Pharmacy. 5-7years of experience in Quality control/Quality Assurance.
