Job Description
- Balance study assignments across the team based on complexity, number of sites, geographies, and staff capacity.
- Implement metrics and develop weekly reporting for KPIs.
- Provide regular updates to Operations; identify ways to promote continuous improvement in reporting and outcomes.
- Improve tools and refine processes used by the team to complete routine work to enhance efficiency and ensure quality of output.
- Interact with internal and external customers.
- Perform other responsibilities as detailed in role specific task assignments.
- Responsible for performing activities that are in compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, Standard Operating Procedures and Operating Guidelines and performing other duties as assigned by management.
- Perform annual and mid-year reviews for direct reports.
- Coach team members through areas of opportunity.
- Interview potential new hires.
- Assist department leadership by supporting recruiting activities; identifying local markets and communicating with recruiters
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of qualification in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or related filed an advantage
6+ Years of Grant payment experience in accounting / finance / business or other clinical trial experience
2-3 Years of Team Management experience
Extensive experience in creation and driving metrics
Competent in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities
