Post : MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVES
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Achieving weekly sales target by making continuous independent & follow-up visits to Potential Specialty Doctors.
* Pursue prescribers repeatedly to ensure cordial relationship & continuous Rx generation
* Ensure continuous & effective follow-ups with potential prescribers after Joint Field Work (JFW) with ABM
* Pre-call research must be undertaken to know about the Doctor's prescribing behavior.
* Post-can Analysis to be undertaken to meet the Doctor’s needs, wants & aspirations expressed during the call to ensure that the Doctor cooverts into preserver.
* Get the Monthly Tour Plan (MTP) prepared ensuring optimum coverage of top potential Doctors during individual visits & in Joint Field Work by ABM.
* Optimum utilization of SFA to plan the day in terms of Doctor Visits, inputs/ samples to carry as per plan & promise, any critical doctors missed to be covered, etc.
* Ensure sending Daily Call Report (DCR) through SFA for better understanding of business performance, challenges & the support required from ABM/RBM.
* Select and undertake programs to upgrade self for superior performance.

Location: indore / Bhopal / Pune / Mumbai / Jaipur / Ambala / Patna/ Hyderabad / Karimnagar /Chennai / Madurai / Trivandrum /Kochi / Trichur
Experience: Having 2-5 years ol relevant therapy experience i.c. Gasiro, Ortho, Oiabetes, Anti-infectives. Anti- haemorrhoidal & Pain Management.
Qualification: M.Pharma/ B.Sc
Age: 24-28 Years
