Job Description:
1. Should have the product handling idea of herbal extraction products
2. Release and rejection of each batch of RM, PM, in-process and finished product.
3. Ongoing stability study of existing products accelerated stability studies of new products/process.
4. Updating of specifications and SOPs
5. Should have the knowledge of Change control and deviation.
6. Validation of analytical methods.
7. Monitoring the quality of water.
8. Monitoring the quality production& stores
9. Out of specifications investigations
10. Quality trend reporting of active RM and FP.
11. Compliance of cGLP in the Quality Control Laboratory.
12. Checking of Production Activities
13. Investigations of batch process.
14. Checking and verification of all analytical reports of RM, PM, in-process and FP.
15. Checking the stability protocols and reports of finished products.
16. Investigations of market complaint
17. Conducting training.
18. Maintenance of control samples and reviewing them periodically for any change in physical appearance.
19. Surprise checking on analysis by giving dilute samples.
20. Any other work assigned by the superiors.
