With effect from such date, as the State Government may notify in this behalf, there shall be established at Saifai in district Etawah an Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, to be known as the Rural Institute of Medical Sciences and Research,Saifai, and all the assets, liabilities and employees of the Satellite Centre of Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Sciences already functioning at Saifai, Etawah under section 3 of the Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Sciences Act,1983( U.P . Act no .30 of 1983) shall deemed to be of the said Institute.

Essential: 10 years experience in teaching in PCI approved/recognized Pharmacy College or research experience out of which 5 years must be as Associate Professor in PCI approved/recognized Pharmacy College
Asociates Professors:
Salary: 15600-39100 grade pe-7600

Qualification:First class B.Pharma with Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in appropriate branch of specialization in Pharmacy (Qualification must be PCI recognized).A PCI recognized Pharm.D degree holder shall also be eligible for the posts of Associate Professor in the subjects of pathophysiology, pharmacology and pharmacy practice.
Essential: 3 years experience in teaching or research at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent in PCI approved/recognized Pharmacy College.
Assistant Professors:

Qualification: First class B.Pharma with Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in appropriate branch of specialization in Pharmacy (Qualification must be PCI recognized).
