Job Description
To lead a small team of people for development of injectable drug products to enable filing of ANDAs/ dossiers for regulated markets.
· Product development and Exhibit batch completion as per stipulated timelines.
· Planning of various activities and co-ordination with cross functional team procurement of API, excipients, equipments for the developmental activities.
· Coordinating with various departments like purchase, analytical, production, regulatory, quality assurance etc.for execution.
· Preparation and Review of various documents like MMR, MPR, Protocols, Reports etc
· Transferring technology and preparation of required documentation to shop floor for smooth launching of new products.
· Preparation and review of necessary guidelines for developmental activities.
· Review of developmental work and guiding the Research Executives in Project work.
· Training of newly joined R&D Personnel and co-ordinating for upkeep of labs.
Ensure effective safety systems are implemented in the premises.
Candidate Profile
- M.Pharm or M.S with specialisation in Pharmaceutics
- IP certifications from a reputed institute, preferable
- 6 years to 10 years
- Experience in formulations for regulated markets.
