About Shirpur and Shirpur Education Society
Shirpur, 'the town of 21st century is located in the Northern region of Maharashtra, with about 70,000 population. It is well-known for its industrial developments, landscapes, gardens and water conservation projects. The shirpur municipal corporation has bagged first prize in Santa (iadgc Baha Swachhata Abhivan (Govt, of Maharashtra) for two consecutive terms.
SES, established in the year 1980 and more than 75 schools and colleges includes Engineering, Pharmacy. Management Institute, D.Ed and B.Ed. Arts, Commerce and Science college and Schools in the periphery of shirpur are functioning under its aegis. The SES is approaching towards its dream 'education to all* under the visionary leadership of Hon*ble Shri Amrishbhai R. Patel (M.L.C. Maharashtra, President S.E.S. Shirpur; Chancellor, NMIMS University, Mumbai), Shri R. C. Bhandari (Chairman SES) and Dr. K. B. Patil (Former Vice-Chancellor, NMU, Jalgaon and Director SES)
About R. C. Patel Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research ( RCPIPER)
The RCPIPER established in the year 1992 and is catering D.Pharm, B.Pharm and M.Pharm (Pharm.Chem. Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutics, Quality Assurance, Clinical and Pharmacology) courses and also doctoral research program, approved by North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon. The institute laboratories are equipped with sophisticated instruments such as HPLC, HPTLC. Flash chromalograph, GC, DSC, Zeta sizer, Analgesiometer, Micro plate reader, drug design softwares *Schrodinger* and *V-life' and also state-of-the-art animal house facility as per CPCSEA guidelines. More than 300 research publications are to its credit and extends consultancy services to pharma industries. The institute stands with more than 50 dedicated teaching faculties.
Objectives of the conference
* To converse the knowledge of sophisticated instruments to analysts.
* To provide exposure to analysts about chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques.
* To provide first hand experience to analysts about handling of sophisticated instruments.
