The Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) is a statutory body working under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. It is constituted under the Pharmacy Act, 1948 to regulate pharmacy education & practice of profession in the country.
Bhagwan Mahavir College of Pharmacy established in the year 2007, approved by PCI and a constituent college Bhagwan Mahavir University managed by Bhagwan Mahavir Education Foundation. The college offers D. Pharm., B. Pharm, M. Pharm (Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs) and Ph. D program in Pharmaceutical Science.

The Pharmacy Council of India, recognizing the immense potential of our nation, has taken a significant initiative. This year, we are organizing an event named Leveraging Synergism : Industry-Academia Partnership for Implementation of National Education Policy An Urge to Meet Global Pharmaceutical Need. This event is a call to all academicians, researchers, and industry professionals to come together, share their knowledge and insights, and work towards fulfilling the global pharmaceutical needs.
