IHPA 51st Annual Conference, 2015 on March, 13th & 14th, 2015 at MMU- Mullana-Ambala

With a vision to establish Pharmacy as one of the pioneer Profession, dedicated to take care of the health of people, Dr. B.D. Miglani established “The Indian Hospital Pharmacists’ Association” on 29th December 1963 during 15th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress at Pilani. The formal application was submitted by Dr. B. D. Miglani, Shri S.L. Nasa, Dr. G. K. Narayanan, Shri Malak Ram Issar, Mohan C Bazaz & Devinder K Jain to the Registrar of Societies for registration. Dr.(Late) Surendra Rohtagi (Kanpur) was the founder President and Dr. B. D. Miglani (Delhi) as General Secretary. Now it is running under the dynamic leadership of Mr. S L Nasa as president. The Association is registered under the Societies Registration Act XXXI of 1860 with the registered office at R-566, New Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi-110060. At present central office is at Dept. of Pharmacy St. Stephen's Hospital, Tis Hazari, Delhi-110054. The Association has been working for the last 51 years for the cause of the development of Hospital Pharmacy Services to provide efficient Pharmaceutical care to ailing community. IHPA is one of the federating bodies of Indian Pharmaceutical Congress Associa-tion (IPCA) and Indian Confederation of Health Accreditation (ICHA).

Target Group: Pharmacists, Doctors, Nurses and other health care professionals

It is our pride and pleasure to invite you in 51^st Annual Conference of the Indian Hospital Pharmacist Asso-ciation, Scheduled for Mullana-Ambala on 13th & 14th March, 2015. During conference emphasis will be on contemporary issues like– different aspects of Hospital Pharmacy practice, participitation of pharmacists in NRHM scheme, Pharmacovigilance, patient counseling related issues will be taken care of. We assure you that resolution passed during conference will not only be forwarded to Govt. of India and concerned authori-ties but they will be regularly persuaded as done previously by IHPA.

The Scientific Committee has great pleasure in inviting you to submit your original scientific work for presentation in any of the following scientific sessions during IHPA “HEALTHCON-2015” with the aim to disseminate knowledge and facilitate the exchange of new ideas among the members of health care profession.
