Submission Guidelines Scientific research papers on unpublished/original work are invited for oral/poster presentation. Submissions must be written in English and adhere to the conference paper template. All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by experts in the field.

Abstract Submission Guidelines
• Indicate the presenting author with an asterisk (*) & include the names of all authors along with their affiliations and email addresses
• The abstract should be structured into sections, including Background, Aim, Material & Methods, Results, and Conclusion
• The abstract should be limited to 250 words using Times New Roman with a font size of 12, spacing 1.5, Include 3-5 keywords

Oral Presentation Format
To ensure the smooth conduct of the conference, follow below guidelines
• Presenters are required to bring their presentation files on a USB flash drive in PowerPoint (PPT) format
• Please ensure compatibility with Microsoft PowerPoint software
• The recommended slide aspect ratio is 16:9
• Time slot will be allotted for from 10 to 15 minutes
• Your presentation should cover objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions
• Use visuals such as graphs, charts, and images

Poster presentation
• Size of poster should measure 36" x 48" (Portrait)
• The poster title should be placed at the top, and the Paper ID should be in the left corner
• Text should be brief and can be divided Into different sections such as Introduction, Objective, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, and Conclusion
• Tables, graphs, and figures used should be clear and visible
• E-posters must be in PPT format, With font size between 26 to 36, a maximum of SIX slides, and limited to 20 MB. No animation is allowed
