The Institute of Microbial Technology, a constituent establishment of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, Government of India, wishes to recruit  Senior Project Fellows and  Programmer on temporary basis to work in “Gates Foundation Project”  as per details given below.  Accordingly, a Panel of suitable candidates will be made, which will be operative for a maximum period of one year from the date of interview:

The Laboratory of Molecular Cell Biology belongs to the department of Biology in the group of Science & Technology. This laboratory is also a department of the Flemish Institute for Biotechnology (VIB, vib.be). Prof. Van Dijck is one of the two professors in this unit. An important research topic in his laboratory is the understanding of the development of fungal biofilms. We mainly focus on Candida albicans and Candida glabrata.

MAFSU was formally notified on November 17th, 2000 and was established under the State Act No. 1998 (MAH.XVII of 1998) on December 03rd, 2000 with its headquarter at Nagpur. The University has been carved out of the four Agriculture Universities in the state by transferring five Veterinary Colleges, one Post Graduate Institute of Veterinary & Animal Sciences and one Dairy Technology College. The Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Ministry of Science & Technology (Government of India) has established the Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI), an autonomous institution, as a part of the inte rdisciplinary Biotech Science Cluster at Faridabad in the National Capital Region. The permanent campus and buildings of THSTI are coming up at Faridabad and will be completed within one year. The Institute is currently functioning from interim facilities in Gurgaon.
