Proficiency in any or all of the following areas is advantageous: small animal surgeries like MCAO, neuronal cell culture, invitro Oxygen-Glucose Deprivation OGD model, Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting, immunofluorescence techniques including double/triple immunolabeling, confocal microscopy, Chromatin Immunoprecipitation CHIP, and Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) techniques.
