Leading the Sales for two zones East & South
-
Building up team sales team for Critical Care Business in respective zones.

Ensure implementation of marketing strategies.
-
Ensure efficient execution of demand generation programmes to increase Rxber/ and consumer base and maximize per capita.
-
Control attrition and build a motivated,and committed sales team thru a culture of achievement orientation, recognition and reward.

Achievement of primary and secondary sales targets and growth objectives
-
Collections/Management of accounts receivables
-
Implementation of CRM and KOL engagement plans in conjunction with marketing and medical affairs team
-
Will need to review & monitor the RM’s in driving entry in corporate hospitals and big institutions.

Forecasting accuracy for Sales and Inventory planning/control
-
Regularly update marketing team with competitor activities and new product launches.
-
Review and monitor RM’s and KAM’s about their monthly sales and activity achievements
Candidate Profile:
Education : Graduate, preferably with science background.
Desired - MBA - Sales & Marketing.
Minimum Experience - 15 years, with stint of ZSM atleast in 2 zones.
Skills: Good understanding of critical care market.
