(Pay Scale Rs. 32900-58000) - Age limit 50 years
CTC at lowest basic pay would be Rs. 86540/-per month (Approx)
Candidate should be C.A/ICWA (CMA) with 20 years' Post Qualification experience in industrial establishments out of which 10 years in senior position in a reputed company in preparation and finalization of Accounts, Budgeting, MIS, Taxation, Costing and all financial matters with experience in Computerized Accounting. He should be result oriented and having good communication skills, in English and Hindi.
2. Chief Manager (Works): One post
(Pay Scale Rs. 29100-54500 IDA) - Age limit 50 years
CTC at lowest basic pay would be Rs.76640/-per month (Approx)
Candidate should be M.Pharma with at least 15 years experience in Managerial cadre in Pharma Production, PPC, Quality Assurance, Factory Administration and approved by Drugs Deptt., preferably in all sections of formulations having knowledge of modern process and drug delivery system. Preference shall be given to candidate having additional M.B.A Qualification. He must be result oriented and having good communication skills in English and Hindi.

3. Dy. Manager (Production): One Post
(Pay Scale Rs. 16400-40500 IDA) - Age limit 35 years
CTC at lowest basic pay would be Rs.43575/-per month (Approx)
Candidate should be B.Pharma with 8 years and M.Pharma with 7 years experience in Pharma Production in reputed Pharmaceuticals Company and should be approved by Drugs Authority preferably for all sections of formulations having knowledge of modern drugs delivery systems. Knowledge of computer essential. The candidate should also have good communication skills in English & Hindi.
In addition, other benefits viz. Gratuity, Leave Encashment etc. are admissible as per Company Rules apart from CTC mentioned above. Higher start can be considered in exceptionally deserving cases.
