National Institute for Research in Reproductive Health (NIRRH), formerly known as Institute for Research in Reproduction is a premier research institute of the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). It is situated in the vicinity of a number of hospitals and research institutes in central Mumbai. Since its inception in 1970, it has been making vigorous efforts to improve the reproductive health of people through research, education and health care services.

Essential qualification: M.Sc. (Life Science) with two years research experience Or M.Pharm/M.V.Sc
Desirable: Experience in cell culture and techniques in molecular biology. Knowledge of computer and data analysis. The candidate is expected to carry out experimental work related to cell culture and molecular biology. Work will also involve handling of laboratory animals.

Name of the Post: Technical Assistant

Stipend: Rs. 22,120/- p.m.
Essential qualification:
Three years graduate degree in Life Science/ Zoology with 2 years experience or three years graduate degree in relevant subject with two years diploma in relevant discipline from a recognized university / institute
Desirable:

Essential qualification:
1. 1st Class master degree in Life Sciences or equivalent degree from a recognized University
Or 2nd Class M.Sc. + Ph.D degree in the above subject from a recognized university.
2. Four years of research experience after obtaining essential qualification. Desirable:
Ph.D. in Life Sciences or Applied Biology. Candidates with 3 years of post doctoral research experience in stem cell field along with publications in reputed journals. Knowledge of computer applications. The candidate is expected to carry out extensive cell culture work to make cell product for transplantation studies.
