Eligibility: Diploma in Pharmacy course, passed from any of 3 Govt. Medical Colleges of the State or from any AICTE approved/Pharmacy Council of India approved institution and having registration in the Odisha Pharmacy Council. Preference will be given to the Candidates of Keonjhar District.
Consolidated Pay: 5200/-
Terms of Reference:
1 That the service providers shall provide requisite numbers of different category personal to Odisha Red Cross Blood Rank. keonjhar with effect from 1st November 2013.
2. All the work man/Man power to be engaged by the seetnul parly should be covered under the statutory government rules/regulation framed from time to time.
3. That the first parts shall pay to the said service provider on the end of each month against the bill as he claims or entitled to on the satisfaction of the services rendered and according to the approved rates mentioned in the scheduled rales as mentioned.
4. That first party shall not be liable to pay am some of money to the service provider or any else claiming under this contract over and above what is payable under this contract to the service provider.
5. The first party is entitled to terminate this agreement contract at any time and discard the second party without prejudice to other rights and remedies available to it. if the second party fails and/or neglect to carry out instructions on its behalf or carry out the services or suspend the same or delay thereof without reasonable cause. It is made clear that the essence of this contract is the satisfaction of the llrst party regarding the performance and proper execution of this services.
6. The second party shall at all point of time during the contract period follow the rules; regulation framed under different laws applicable for the purpose of carrying out the services for the purpose of carrying out the services for the first party.
7. In case of any dispute or difference that may arise between the parties during the currency of or after the agreement/contract has come to an end which ever is earlier or abandonment of the work/services as to the meaning of this contract or to any other mailer or things arising directly or indirectly under this agreement contract, then, and in such an event the decision of the first party shall be binding and conclusive upon both the parties.
8. The second party shall abide bv all rules and regulations relating to labor laws. I. SI. P.l. etc. This will be the sole responsibility of the second party. Odisha Red Cross Blood Bank. Keonjhar will not be a party at any stage to any kind of dispute relating to the above. In case any liability arises due to non performance' by the contractor, under no circumstances Odisha Red Cross Blood Bank. Keonjhar shall be liable for the same.
9. The Second party shall use its best efforts to settle amicably any dispute controversv or claim arising out of or relating to this contract.
10. The second party will ensure that no employees below 21 years and above 60 years of age are employed under this contract.
11. Either party can terminate/withdraw contract by giving notice in advance of 30 days.
