Walk in interview for the post of Senior Research Fellow (Botany), Senior Research Fellow (Ay.), Data Entry Operator in Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS)

The Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS) is an autonomous body under the Department of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha & Homoeopathy (AYUSH), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. The Council is an apex body in India for formulation, development and promotion of research in Ayurvedic system of medicine. The Council carries out its activities and functions through its network of 31 Institutions located all over India.

Walk-in-lnterview for the following position will be held on dated 15.10.2012 at 10.00 A.M. in the Office of the Research Officer-in-charge, Ayurveda Tribal Health Care Research Project, AYUSH Hospital, Atlanta Point, Port Blair-744101. The selection procedure will comprise of a written test followed by interview of candidates who qualify in the written test on the same day :-

Senior Research Fellow (Botany) - 01
Qualification, Experience and Age limit:
Essential :- M.Sc. in Botany
Desirable:- NET qualified.
Age: - Maximum 30 years.
Felloship: 18,000/- + HRA per month

Senior Research Fellow (Ay.) - 01
Qualification, Experience and Age limit:
Essential :- M.D/M.S. (Ay.)
Age: - Maximum 35 years.
Felloship: 20,000/- + HRA per month

Data Entry Operator - 02
Qualification, Experience and Age limit:
Essential :-
•   Degree    from    recognized University.
•   Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application of not less than one year duration.
•   Typing speed 30 w.p.m. in English.
Aqe - Maximum 27 years.
Felloship: 11,000/- per month (Consolidated)

General Conditions -
1.   The eligibility of candidate in respect of age will be determined as on 01.01.2012. Relaxable in the case of SC/ST/OBC as per Government Rules.
2.   The engagement will be purely on contractual basis and no claim for continuation or regular appointment will be entertained.
3.   Applicants should bring their Bio-data alongwith the original certificates, experience certificate etc. with a set of photocopies and two recent passport size photographs.
4.   The format for submission of Bio-data may be downloaded from Council's website ccras.nic.in.
5.   No T.A./D.A. will be paid for attending the written test/interview.
