General Manager (Marketing & Sales)
You should be a M.Sc/ B.Pharm with MBA in Marketing having minimum 20 years of experience in the sales and marketing of Pharma formulations. Out of which minimum 5 years experience in the similar position is needed. You must be a dynamic, result oriented person with ownership approach towards your job. You will be heading the entire marketing and sales operations which includes development of marketing and selling strategies, identification of new products and launching of them in the market, training of the people and ultimately bringing growth to the organization and achieve the target set by the Management.
NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
You should be a B.Sc/M.Sc with successful 20 years of experience in the sales of Pharma formulations, out of which minimum 5 years of experience in the similar capacity as a Head of the Sales department of a Pharma Company. You should be a street smart sales man with lot of commercial sense and enthusiasm to achieve the organization goals.
PRODUCT MANAGER
You should be a B.Pharn/M.Pharm (preferably with MBA) having minimum 15 years of experience in the same field. You should have successful background of launching of minimum 5 products in the Pharma formulations.
TRAINING MANAGER
You should be a M.Sc/B.Pharm having 5-10 years of relevant experience in the same field. You must have excellent leadership qualities to guide, promote and motivate the sales personnel to achieve their target You should also have a strong awareness on Pharma Products and training skills.
MANAGER (SALES ADMINISTRATION)
You should be a graduate with minimum 15 years of experience (out of which min.5 yrs in the similar capacity) in handling all the commercial and administrative issues in the sales department. The proficiency in working on computer is a must.
