Job Description:
1. PCS entry for consultant’s data
· Generatin Consultant’s doctor code in system as per the request sent from admission, billing, ward, ICU, operation theatre and marketing department.
· Data entry of all documents & details of consultants (Admiting / Attending / Referring / in house in the system
· Activation / Deactivation of doctor’s code when ever need arise
· Updation of data regarding consultant in PCS
· Maintaining MIC of all type of consultant’s records

2. Regarding Credentialing & privileging of all admitting / attending consultants
· Collection of all documents from the consultant
· Creating credential file as per the documents available
· Filling up the application form for credential and get it signed by respective consultant.
· Get the confirmation of consultant’s privileges from higher authorities
· Regularly review of the credentials and licenses of consultants & giving them reminder for renewal.

3. Credential Committee Co-ordinaor
· Arranging Credential Committee meetings at regular interval
· Preparing agendas for discussion in credential committee meeting
· Preparing minutes of meeting and disturbing to the members

4. Active file Audit
· Auditing of patient’s active file in all department
· Monitoring medical officers point system related to MRD documentation

5. Medical Committees Co-ordination
· Keeping track of all committee’s meeting schedule, collecting minutes of meetings of all committees and taking follow-ups of tasks from each coordinators decided in each meetings.

Candidate Profile:
Qualification:
(a) BHMS with MHM/MHA/MBA in Hospital Management/ Healthcare Mang.
OR
(b) BAMS with MHM/MHA/MBA in Hospital Management/ Healthcare Mang.
OR
(c) Science Graduate with MBA in Hospital Management/ Healthcare Mang.
