Job description:
Design brand marketing strategies to ensure sales and profitability targets achievement
Ensure Rx/Rxer and MS growth of the brand assigned
Ensure connect with sales force to ensure execution of the brand promotional campaigns
1. Ensure on going analysis of internal and external brand performance
2. Insight mining and understanding customer behaviour, designing promotional strategies accordingly
3 .High inter personal relationship with people at HO and Field
4. Ensure competitors mapping to remain pro active
5. Monitoring promotional expenses month on month to be within the budget
Candidate Profile:
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION-
ESSENTIAL: Science, MBA
DESIRED: Science, MBA
MINIMUM RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3-6 Years
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Average 7 Days/ Month
1. Being aware about you brand, competition, Market, customers and changing dynamics and modifying brand promotional strategies accordingly
2. Quick understanding of the processes being followed in Wokchardt and adopt them as early as possible
3. Being in touch with field with high frequency to ensure strong follow ups for better execution
1. Brand being on yearly target (Qtr by Qtr)
2. Brand promotional spend in control
3. Growth in RX, Rxers and MS in IMS
