Job Description
1. REQUIREMENT FOR THE CREATION/ UPGRADATION/ DOWNGRADING OF POSITION

Skin health is an important area under the Genesis programme Skin form and function.
The person needs to have extensive tissue culture, molecular biology and cell biology expertise to carry out scientific investigations in-depth in the relevant areas of skin health.
Another important area under the skin health is providing claim support for skin category.
This Research executive position will be a part of both programs and expected to build these areas further.
2. PLACE IN ORGANISATION

3. EXPECTED WORK

Work closely with Line Manager and work stream leader (skin lightening technologies) under Genesis Skin form and function, focus on developing molecular biology and cell biology expertise in understanding various mechanisms involved in skin health.
Interact closely with other team members in skin internally and extended (Unilever) and extend expertise to various areas of interest especially anti-inflammatory and ant oxidative.
Participate in the execution of OI project, on various oxidative pathways in various health areas.
Completion of assays for claims for skin form and function programmes OTIF.
