Job Description:
Job purpose
Provides comprehensive, high quality marketing input, analysis and support (from Phase III through launch) to assigned brand(s). Works in collaboration with the GPT, GCoT and CPOs to maximize short- and long-term brand value across all customer groups. Supports the design of market research studies using primary/secondary data and
competitive intelligence.
• Identifies trends, opportunities and threats (worldwide and in key local markets) for product group and proposes corresponding measures.
• Aligns cross-functional input, including Market Access.
• Defines targeting strategy, positioning and messaging across all customer groups.

• Provides timely input to product development, including formulation and packaging.
• Derives insights and hypotheses for relevant customer groups as input to C4ALIGN.
• Develops pricing options based on market trends and payor insights.
• Executes key opinion leader development program.
• Contributes to stakeholder mapping.
• Contributes to the writing/input of global launch, product positioning, pricing strategy,
communication and marketing plans.

• Manages effective agency partnerships.
• Provides marketing support for all pre-launch and launch activities.
• Leads the brand marketing team for customer initiatives.
• Prepares and manages Global Brand Manager meetings
• Manages International database inputs; summarizes and reports on competitive
assessments, forecasts, key country sales and active ingredients.
• Monitors and controls brand budgets, forecasts and expenses and assesses the
marketing mix of assigned promoted products to evaluate cost effectiveness and results.
• Tracks and reports on the active ingredient/production needs for near and long term.
• Coordinates the communication of product-related information across the organization.
• Coordinates understanding of future CPO demands with Sales & Operations Planning
(S&OP).

Candidate Profile:
University degree in Science and/or degree in Business Marketing or Clinical Research. English fluent, additional language a plus. 5+ years operational marketing experience with focus on extensive product/brand management including customer facing/sales experience.
