Age: As per Govt Norms.
Contractual Remuneration: 5200/-PM
Qualification: The Candidates must have passed Diploma in Pharmacy from their Govt or recognised institutions of Odisha & register with Odisha Pharmacy Council.
Venue & Date of Interview: NRHM Conference Hall on 26/11/12
Age Limit for JR LT & MPHW (M)
1. The Candidates must not be below the age of 18 years or above 32 years
2. The upper age limit shall be relaxed by 5 years in case of SC & ST candidates In case of SEBC candidates upper age limit shall be relaxed by 3 years and incase of physically handicapped candidates by 10 years.
Eligibility & Preference Criteria:
1. The Candidates must have passed Diploma in Pharmacy from their Govt or recognized institutions of Odisha & register with Odisha Pharmacy Council.
2. A Pharmacist takes 2 examination under Odisha State Board of Pharmacy for Diploma Course He is supposed to clear each exam in each year conducted by the Board in 1st attempt. It is mentioned that failure in each attempt for each exam 1 % of Marks from total marks scored in each exam of the year will be deducted
3. No waitagae shall be given for candidate having B-Pharma/ M-Pharma
4. Selection will be irrespective of year of passing of Diploma in Pharmacy. In other words, preference shall not be given for earlier pass outs over later pass outs
5 The candidates shall be selected on the basis of marks obtained in Diploma in Pharmacy as explained above
6. If a candidate is otherwise qualified but physically/ mentally in capasited to an extend that he can't discharge of duties of the post, the committee may exclude him by recording the reason in writing
7. Selected candidates will discharge the duties as per the job chart given by the DHS, Odisha.
8. In no case their shall be any change of grade from MPHW (M) to Pharmacist in view of their Diploma in Pharmacy since these are two separate grade.

The eligible candidates are requested to attend the Walk-in-lnterview on ihe above scheduled dates with filled up application form, attested xerox copy of all testimonials and all Origina, certificates & Marksheets for Verification.The registration of Candidates for the above posts will be held in the above specified date beween 10 A.M to 12.Noon in the venue site.The late comers will not be entertained. Valid Registration from Employment Exchage in the district. In support of Residential Certificate only the certificate issued within the period of last Six months for the purpose of Service will be taken into consideration. Incase suitable candidates aren't available in the Dhenkanal Dist preference will be given to other district candidates.
