Teerthanker Mahaveer University invites Ph.D Programme in Pharmacy & Other disciplines

Applications are invited on the prescribed application form for admission to the Ph.D Programme in the following disciplines

Engineering, Management, Computer Applications, Mathematics, Home Science, Mass Communication, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Library Science

ELIGIBILITY: A Master’s degree of a recognized Indian University, or a degree approved by the Association of Indian Universities, or any other equivalent qualification in the relevant field to the satisfaction of the Academic Council of the University, with not less than 55 percent marks in aggregate. SC/ST/PH/Jain minority applicant shall be eligible for 5% relaxation.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:
All eligible candidates will be required to appear in the Research Aptitude Test (RAT) to be conducted by the University for admission to the Ph.D programme. However, M.Phil (Regular), NET/UGC-CSIR(JRF)/SLET qualified candidates will be exempt from appearing in the RAT.

The qualified candidates in RAT, and RAT Exempted candidates will be required to make a presentation of the Research Plan before the Research Committee.

HOW TO APPLY:
A candidate may download the prescribed application form from university’s website tmu.ac.in/pdf/phd-app-form.pdf and submit the completed application alongwith the requisite documents and a non refundable fee of Rs. 2000/- through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Teerthanker Mahaveer University,” payable at Moradabad to Dy. Registrar, Administrative Block, Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Delhi Road, Moradabad – 244 001 (U.P.).

The envelope consisting of application form should be clearly super scribed with the words on its top “Application for Registration to PhD Programme”.
