Job Description:
Lead, manage and support assigned clinical research maintenance of business activities, in close cooperation with Category Clinical Research Heads (for Pain, Cough & Cold or Regional Priority Brands). Acts as a single point of contact for all assigned Clinical Research maintenance activities, liaising with respective Category Clinical Research Head and team.
Responsible for Clinical Research maintenance of business activities for the assigned product portfolio, including but not limited to, registration renewals, HA requests, global labelling support, risk management plans and benefit-risk evaluations for PSURs.
Optional for people manager:
Supervises a team of Clinical Research and Medical Affairs (CDMA) associates, charged with the preparation of regulatory compliant and up-to-date documents required to maintain product registration and with regards to GMA, providing Medical Information, Knowledge Management and Competitive Intelligence support, throughout the product lifecycle in accordance with Novartis policies and procedures. Provides strategic and operational guidance to team members, fosters global, local and cross-functional collaboration, and oversees the timely completion of high quality global deliverables. Supports functional and overall OTC management in the development and implementation of the overall strategic vision for the Hyderabad CDMA team and works closely with the Global Line Function Heads to ensure optimal planning and

Education: Post-graduation in life sciences, Doctoral Degree or Qualification in Medical Sciences (MBBS/MD/equivalent), or PhD in Life Sciences.
