Walk in interview for the post of Senior Research Fellow (Ay, Chemistry, Pharmacology) @ CCRAS

The Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS) is an autonomous body under the Department of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha & Homoeopathy (AYUSH), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. The Council is an apex body in India for formulation, development and promotion of research in Ayurvedic system of medicine. The Council carries out its activities and functions through its network of 31 Institutions located all over India.

It is proposed to engage the services of the following personnel initially for a period of one year which is extendable upto maximum period of 3 years with the remuneration mentioned hereunder. The written test will be held on the date indicated in the table and only those candidates who qualify the written test, will be interviewed on the same day. The requirement and other details are as under:-

Post: Senior Research Fellow

Senior Research Fellow (Ay.)- 01
Qualification, experience and age limit
Essential: M.D/M.S.(Ay.)-Preferably Dravyaguna
Age: Not exceeding 35 years
Remuneration/Fee: 20,000/- + HRA per month.
Date & time of the Test: 22.06.2013 at 10:30 A.M.

Senior Research Fellow (Chemistry)- 01
Qualification, experience and age limit
Essential: M.Sc. in Chemistry/Pharma. Chemistry. Preferably experience in isolation, purification and characterization of phyto-constituents and their analysis by using HPTLC, HPLC, GC, AAS, etc.
Desirable:
• NET Qualified.
• Good skills in Computer Applications.
Age:- Not exceeding 30 years.
Remuneration/Fee: 1st and 2nd Year-Rs. 18000/- + HRA per month 3rd Year-
Rs. 20,000/- +HRA per month.
Date & time of the Test: 22.06.2013 at 10:30 A.M.

Senior Research Fellow (Pharmacology)- 01
Qualification, experience and age limit
Essential:-
Masters Degree in the relevant subject.
Desirable: -NET Qualified.
Age:- Not exceeding 30 years.
Remuneration/Fee: 1st and 2nd Year-Rs. 18000/- + HRA per month 3rdYear- Rs. 20,000/- +HRA per month.
Date & time of the Test: 22.06.2013 at 10:30 A.M.

Interested candidates fulfilling the essential qualification and age limit prescribed above are requested to appear for walk-in-interview at the above mentioned address in the Auditorium of the Council on the scheduled date and time, along with the bio-data, two passport size recent photographs and photocopies of certificates along with originals.

Note:-
1. The engagement would be purely on contractual basis and co-terminus with the project and no claim for continuance or regular appointment will be entertained.
2. The eligibility of candidate in respect of age will be determined as on Is' January, 2013. Relaxable in the case of SC/ST/OBC as provided for in Govt, of India orders.
3. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the written test/interview.
