Post: Quality Analyst

Job Description:
Verify and sign-off on all quality assurance tasks as allotted by the Program Management Team
Quality check and final publishing of all deliverables
Support and improve all quality related process on an ongoing basis
Maintain the project folders on server as allotted
Work on assignments as and when allotted
Establish effective client relationship
Deliver timely and quality products and services consistently
Understand and respond to clients as per their specifications
Sets priorities and actively supports the interest of the clients as per their needs
Maintain clear communication with clients with regard to mutual expectations
Anticipate problems, explore alternate options, and select appropriate action without intervention
Flag problems which may be of systemic nature
Follow established processes and systems
Track performance metrics to ensure that progress is as per plan
Impact quality by ensuring established processes are implemented across deliverables for projects
Candidate will be responsible for Quality Assurance and Control in different e-Learning projects in the organization.
