Job Description:
We are currently looking for graduate fresher for below role in the bank.
1. Role - Customer Care Manager
Job Profile
Verification and accepting of customer requests and processing of the same / forwarded to the respective units.
Attending all customer queries and resolution of the same.
Internal communication with other units regarding customer complaints & requests.
Maintenance of undelivered items and ensuring the delivery of the same to respective customers.
Accepting request for TD issuance, renewal, closure including deposit loans.
Accepting transfer requests, RTGS, NEFT etc., from customers and ensuring the processing of the same as per time lines.
Attending to any other customer queries.
Location:Chennai,Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Vijayawada, Anantapur, Kerala, Mysore, Salem, Bijapur.

Candidate Profile:

SKILLS:
Good Communication Skills.
Basic understanding on banking sector will be an added advantage.
Ability to build and maintain relationship.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Stream - Commerce / Arts / Science Graduates / BBM’s. Candidates from technical stream need not apply.
Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th & Graduation (aggregate in 3 years of graduation) will be the criteria for short listing the application.
He/ She should have completed graduation in the year 2009 or after.
2008 or previous year pass outs are not eligible.
He/She should not be a post graduate.
