Job Description:
1.Checking of RM stores and maintaining the required stock
2.Checking of FP stores
3.Initiation and monitoring of destruction activities
4.Revision of SOP, preparation of new SOP and training on equipment/process SOPs
5.Checking of Black book issuance NB
6.Review of record for audits
7.History Card
Qualification Documents
External Calibration report
Training Docket
9.Calibration of Weighing balance, DT, Friability tester, Hardness tester, pH meter/ Viscometer/ Double cone blender
10.Lab Cleaning Check including floor cleaning and checking cleaning records
11.Checking & Maintaining the Machine log books
12.Checking of temperature and humidity and differential record
13.Routine washing and supply of lab gowns/ Visitor gowns
14.Checking and maintaining the stock of stationery items
15.Identifying, Ordering and following up for new machine parts/accessories
16.Plate exposure
17.Equipment maintenance
18.Safety of material, assets and personnel
18.Managing technicians and lab attendants
19.Planning and scheduling of equipment usage for optimal utilization
20.Safety
Candidate Profile:
CTC Range: upto 5 Lac
Educational Qualification: M.Pharm/B.Pharm/B.E/B.Tech
Male Candidates from Maharashtra/Mumbai/Goa/Gujarat would be preferable.
