Assam University came into existence through Assam (Central) University Act, 1989 (Act. No. XIII). It was established in 1994, since then the University is steadily becoming an excellent centre of learning. Qualification: Masters Degree in Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Life science (Zoology/Biochemistry with good academic records and laboratory skills on Molecular biology / bioinformatics/ 2-3 years experiences in microbiology/molecular biology for SRF
Fellowship: Rs. 12000+10% HRA (for non NET/GATE/) or 16000+10% HRA for NET/GATE 18000/-+HRA for SRF
JRF – 1+1 Anticancer property of Butterfly)-1 Nano-biotechnology on Cancer-1
Age (Year): 28
Qualification: Masters Degree in Biotechnology/ Life science (Zoology/Biochemistry with good academic records and laboratory skills on Molecular biology / bioinformatics / Working with cancer will be given advantages.
Fellowship: Rs. 12000+10% HRA (for non NET/GATE/) or 16000+10% HRA for NET/GATE
Relaxation will be given to SC/ST/OBC/Minorities/women candidates as per Govt. rules.
