Job Desceription:
Areas of Responsibility
The Senior Team Member/ Team Member - PPIC will have the following key responsibilities:
* Review daily production report to measure adherence to monthly production plan or schedule; Highlight events or occurrences which impact production plan; Check for materials availability status vis a vis the batch initiation date
* Drive for collection of all necessary commercial documents to execute the dispatch; Consolidate the forecast received from business segments, and the confirmed business plan; Consolidate customer bifurcation and assist team leader to obtain expected date of dispatch against respective orders; Report for missing sales orders/ STOs/ PO etc
* Daily updation of MIS reports to monitor daily dispatches, production and RM receipts; Provide feedback to the supervisor on impact of variances in anticipated dispatches, production and RM receipts; Assist supervisor in timely release of MIS; Measure changes in month to month planned production and share report with supervisor; Prepare monthly reports related to production and dispatches and material receipts.

Qualifications
Education:
Any Graduate/MBA

Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience in operations (areas like production, materials management, planning) in the pharmaceutical industry

Competencies:
- Knowledge of API manufacturing
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of MsOffice
