Post: Senior Manager - Supply Chain Management - HC/JC/1937/12

Job Description:
· Ensuring a smooth supply of material against the demand.
· Developing long term demand plans, supply plans and related raw-material requirement plan.
· Working on short term supply plans like monthly plan, quarterly plan to meet the business goals.
· Monitor the supply flow with consideration of the regulatory implications & the legal implications.
· Liasoning with the stake holders on the optimum inventory plan and work on slow moving inventory.
· Analyzing demand requirements to identify production and supply bottlenecks and recommend actions for resolution.
· Directing ‘Production Planning’ to ensure on time availability of products to fill customer orders and on time shipments.
· Evaluates and recommends actions to improve on time delivery performance to the customer.
· Coordinating for preparing reports and communicates demand & inventory measurements to management.
· Monitor a master schedule that supports business demand, forecast and safety stocks for meeting the corporate goals.
· Managing the team responsible for Customer service activities like PO receipts, entry of POs & quotations in to ERP system, communications of dispatch schedules, Commercials documents etc.
· Supporting Finished goods dispatch activities against the customer POs.
