Post: General Manager Research & Development
The opportunity: We are looking for a General Manager - Research & Development for our group of Companies with Head Office at Mumbai. The Group is well established with a portfolio of reputed International brands & a countrywide network for manufacturing, marketing & distribution, together with exports all over the world.
The person: The candidate should be M. Pharm or Ph. D. in Pharmaceutical Science, preferably in Pharmaceutics from a Premier Institute & should have minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: Formulation & Development activities, including Clinical Studies, directing all Research & Development strategies & programmes, including building a high performance R&D Centre. Ability to guide the Team of well qualified Scientists for the development of new drugs, Novel Drug Delivery Systems, well versed with DCGI, FDA & all other International regulatory requirements, to implement R&D Projects & Technologies through process identification, development & adoption & to monitor timely pharmacological evaluation & testing of raw materials & finished formulations.
