DH&FW Society, Yamuna Nagar invites the applications from the eligible candidates for the following posts, purely on contractual basis under NRHM up to 31.03.2013 or till the completion of the project whichever is earlier.
Post: Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs)
Nos of Vacant Post (Name of Programme): 35 ( Referral Transport)
Qualification, Age Limit & Remuneration:
1. Registered B.Pharmacist/D.Pharma/GNM/B.Sc Nursing. Preferably male candidates
2. Not a requirement for selection but preference will be given to those who have done BLS certification course of AHA.
Age: Up to 45 Years.
Remuneration @Rs 12000/- consolidated per month. Registration must be with Haryana Nursing Council or Haryana State Pharmacy Council as Pharmacist.
1. Prescribed Application form complete in all respects duly filled in by the candidates in their own handwriting in capital letters and signed in the specified space should be sent through Registered Post to the Dy. Civil Surgeon, NRHM, O/o Civil Surgeon, Yamunanagar, Pin-135001 on or before 01/02/2013.
2. Candidates must submit a fee of Rs. 100/- in the form of Bank Draft in favour of District Health & Family Welfare Society(RCH-II), Yamuna Nagar payable at Yamuna Nagar. No application will be entertained without proper fee.
3. Only scrutinized candidates will be called for interview. The notice of the date of interview will be published on the official web site of District Yamunanagar i.e. yamunanagar.nic.in or by email (Must be filled on application format). Application form and detail instruction are also available on the website. Candidates are advised to visit the website regularly.
4. The post of lab Technician and Pharmacist under JSSK programme are against the vacant post of respective institution. The same will be automatic lapse if any person joins against it.

Note: If the post of the Medical Officer/ Lady Medical Officers/Gynecologist are not filled then walk in interview for the same posts will be held on second Tuesday of every month from March 2013 onwards.
How To Apply:
1. The interested candidates should apply on the prescribed performa given below giving full detail of his/her bio data (on prescribed format), with attested photograph and attested photocopies of the certificates, experience & testimonials on or before 01/02/2013 through registered post. However application will also be received by hand on all working days between 9:00 AM to 5:00PM.
2. Incomplete/unsigned applications will be rejected without any information.

4. No TA/DA shall be admissible for attending the interview.
5. The selected candidates will have to maintain his/her Head Quarter.
6. Nos. of Posts may increase/decrease. These posts may be discontinued at any time depending upon the workload, requirement or validity of the project.
7. Department will not be responsible for any postal delay.
8. Weight-age will be given to local candidate. Ration Card/ EPIC Card (Election)/ domicile certificate issued by the appropriate authority must be attached for claiming residency weight-age. No weight-age will be given in absence of proof.
9. Candidates who want to apply for more than one post are advised to send separate application for each post with separate requisite fees and all other supported documents. Without requisite fees no application will be considered.
10. The DD issued between date of advertisement & closing date only will be accepted.
11. The undersigned has right to cancel any of the post/interview at any time without specifying any reason.
12. Candidates have to make their own arrangement for stay etc. if required.
