Post: Junior Technical Officer- Tablet Coating ( 5 positions)

Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Operation and cleaning of the coating equipments such as Sejong, Ganson ,Pam Glatt. Cleaning of the production areas as per the respective standard operating procedures.

Operation and cleaning of the process equipments such as coating vessels , high speed Mixer’s Homogenizers.

Perform the production activity as per the respective batch records , SOPs

Carry out all on-line entries in the batch records and equipments log books.

Carry out in process checks during production operations as per the respective SOP and batch record.

Report any deviation, non compliance to immediate supervisor/ executive.

Follow good hygiene practices at work place.

Work in shifts and carry out the job responsibilities time to time as per the instructions of superior/s.

Reporting relationships:

Reporting to the immediate production executive.

Scope measures:
Quantitative measures which describe the position’s impact on the company.

Ex. Operating budget, head count, gross sales, profit, number of vendors, value of contracts. Also describe the types of decisions this positions make independently.

Candidate Profile:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities required:

Diploma in pharmacy/ Graduate in science with 2 to 3 years experience in tablets coating.

Shall have handled independently the high capacity coating machine such as sejong, ganson and glatt. Shall have film, sugar coating and enteric coating experience. Shall have exposure to regulatory market.
