Job Description:
1) Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
2) Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organisation’s presence throughout the assigned areas.(The assigned areas would be minimum 2 states)
3) Build customer focused business strategies and provide overall direction to the Sales & Marketing teams to achieve the budgeted targets & generate revenue.
4) Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, Sales meetings.
5) Formulation & implementation of Marketing Strategies.
6) Establishes and expands positive relationships with top retail outlets and Stockists & Distributores.
7) Personally observe the performance of medical representatives in the field on a regular basis.
8) Adheres to all company sales policies and procedures.
Job Specification
1) Sales Experience in a pharmaceutical company for atleast 10years with good networking skills & a proven track record.
2) Good communication and knowledge about market is a must.
3) Hard working, sincere, committed and ambitious.
4) Should have good command over written and verbal English.
5) Should be fluent with MS - word, MS – Excel, Internet.
6) Result oriented and a team player.
Candidate Profile:
Designation- Sales Manager
Experience in Pharma is Must- 3yr & above.
Salary :- Best in Industry.
