Rajasthan Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd (RDPL) is profit making Central Public Sector Enterprise. The The Company was formed as a joint venture between Central Government with 51% equity share holding and Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment corporation Ltd (RIICO) with 49% equity share holding. Rajasthan Drugs and Pharmaceuticals ltd. (RDPL) was incorporated on 02.11.1978 with the objective to supply life saving and other essential drugs.

CTC at lowest basic pay would be Rs.82300/-per month (Approx)
Candidate should be M.Pharma with 20 years experience in Managerial cadre out of which for 5 years he should have head Production Department in reputed Pharma Industry and approved by Drugs Deptt. preferably in all sections of formulations having knowledge of modern process & drug delivery systems. Preference shall be given to candidate having additional M.B.A Qualification. He must be result oriented and having good communication skills in English and Hindi and computer working knowledge.
In addition, other benefits viz. Gratuity, Leave Encashment etc. are admissible as per Company Rules apart from CTC mentioned above. Higher Start in Basic Pay and Relaxation in Age, Experience can be considered in exceptionally deserving candidates.
